2. Click the "Sign Up Now" button at the bottom and fill out the application form, and upload your completed uniform resale certificate.

3. The submitted form and upload will be reviewed by our team within 24 hours.  

4. Once we have verified your information and reviewed your application we will reach out to you to better understand your business channel. You will be notified once we authorize your wholesale account and you will now have access to wholesale pricing.
